By purchasing and using our products, you automatically accept these Terms of Service (TOS). Any violation of these terms may result in being blacklisted from purchasing any products, receiving updates, or having your license revoked, even if it pertains to a different product.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to not distribute or share the software on any public platforms, including but not limited to GitHub, Discord, or any other form of social media.

3. Reselling

Reselling our source code products is allowed under the following conditions:

  1. You are not permitted to resell the product under our brand name. The product must be completely rebranded.
  2. You are not allowed to advertise or market the product under our name.

4. Product Updates and Support

We reserve the right to provide product updates and support at our discretion. Updates to the product may be made available through our official channels. Support is offered at our discretion, and we are not obligated to provide ongoing support for all products sold.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are due at the time of purchase. Refunds are generally not provided unless explicitly stated. If a refund is granted, it will only be for issues directly related to the functionality of the product, as determined by our team.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the products, including source code, trademarks, and any associated content, are owned by NexusTools. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the products as outlined in this agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexusTools is not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
